This legal notice governs the use of the website: www.vistasur.es. Browsing the webpage www.vistasur.es confers the status of user and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice, which may undergo modifications. The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, customary practices and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to SAGARIKA and to third parties for any damages that may arise as a consequence of failing to comply with this obligation.

The website and its services are freely and openly accessible. The User guarantees the authenticity and the timeliness of all data communicated to SAGARIKA and shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made. The User expressly agrees to use the contents and services appropriately and not to use them to:

1. a) Disseminate content that is criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive, advocates terrorism, or, in general, contrary to the law or public order.

   e) Impersonate another user, public authorities, or a third party.
   f) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or otherwise publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents, unless the holder of the corresponding rights has authorised it or it is legally permitted.
